Løvold performs regular quality assurance and quality control on all product groups. The production facilities in Bodø are equipped with a tensile bench that can perform load tests up to 100 tonnes, which is used when checking MBL (Minimum Breaking Load).
In addition to this, we have several weight tests that are carried out to check that the product meets the quality specifications. Other tensile and stress tests are performed where reuse or increased service life of components is desired.
